| I might be able to make this event. I live in WV, but I use to live in Sharpsburg. My folks live there now, and have wanted me to come and visit. Looks like a perfect idea to me. We would only be a little over an hour away, right? For those that don't know. Sharpsburg is just south of Rocky Mount.
You guys need to start contacting the RC Crawling companies now to get sponsors and prizes for this deal(if its not already being done). You could turn this into a big ordeal for the east coast guys that will never get a chance to go to Nationals.

Tom sounds good Tom. hope to meet you too man. talked to you a few times on RCC and others.even a few deals with you in the past.i have asked a couple vendors on RCC for donations. CPE and others will be there as well. they even told me that they might be able to have a few items for giveaways. Tony..

| Event coverage- well, it is 6 months away and RC Car action said they will be at the event. I think Tom's idea to make this the "east coast" big event is great. i've got my hands full with the monster truck stuff. if CRR can handle the crawling sponsors, and course design, this thing can be INSANE! My advice to you is to go big! You will never have to appologize for making this too big. Justin |

| Not only will RCCA be covering, but they will be running a FULL PAGE ad for the event . Lets get a sponsor for the Crawling event, and their logo can appear on the flyer in RCCA. |

| That brings up a very good question. Who has contacted sponsors? If nobody, who is going to do this. This needs to be clear to not duplicate efforts. And also to be best organized. So our club doesn't look foolish. Let me know if you guys need help. | |

| Well I am willing to help in the sponsor search. I will leave it up to Randy to make the call. I don't want to step on the new boss mans toes. So if you want me to work on this let me know Randy.
Also we need to know who the sponsors are for the Monster truck event. We don't want to work on sponsors that have already committed to the event. Do you have a list Justin?
I plan to attend. Hopefully my schedule will be open on that weekend. I am also building a racing Clod. So not only will I be crawling, I will be racing also. You had to know that would happen. Just a foolish old race junky.

| list of sponsors=easier to just look at www.nolimitrc.com sponsor section. I am currently working on getting Novak, pro line, and possibly axial. minimum sponsorship for monster truck event is $500, but if anyone wants their logo on the RCCA ad for sponsoring the crawling section, they will have to bring a little more. I'll see what I can get from spektrum as far as sponsoring the crawling event. |

| to clarify-$500 in product for prizes, not cash. any cash support of $250 or more ,automatically bumps them to a top tier sponsor. |

| Good luck getting the sponsors guys. If I can help, please let me know. This could be very big. You guys may want to try doing a scale thing too. Contact the fella's on Scale 4x4 and see how they can help. I am also sure that Jason and Badger on RCC could help you guys too.
