raven rock Aug 11 ?

ok just a ? about it. ok for starters,would anybody be willing to go to the Cape Fear river if the water is down that weekend? you can drive all the way down to the river with 1:1 4x4 prefferably. when i get computer back where i can upload pics and stuff again, i will post some nice pics and vids from July 4th of the K-5,CJ-8, and a couple of 1:1 jeeps that were trail riding over there. in the mudhole about that deep.lol

Oh yeah raven rock is a mile walk one way, nice trail walking.well worth it believe me. and if we did walk to the river it would take about 5 minutes. easy terrain. we can play on either side of the river or if anyone besides me and Timmy would like to walk into the middle(knee keep water)on me, I'm short remember that it is really nice out there. but like i said there is plenty of rocks and such on the banks.i miss my other computer.

how'd we go from can drive in 4x4 to 1 mile walk? normally i'd be down for anything that involved some 1:1 but i gotta pay for some tickets...not the fun kind....the courthouse kinds in august so my gas money would be better spent on keeping my liscense!

the Cape Fear is alot better if you ask me because of the convience.and more to crawl on also. all over the place.

Raven rock sounds more like my kinda deal. where is the cape fear? august probably wont be a good month for me like i said earlier ...tickets. if you get in a wreck, make sure your inspection sticker is caught up, registration is paid and your drivers liscense is current!!!!! $110.00 per freaking ticket!!

you would rather walk a mile? ok. it is a great spot also.
anyway the Cape Fear river is in Erwin, NC. about 6 miles from my house.

it will be about 15 minutes longer of a drive for you gys. but like i said well worth it as well as Raven rock. just closer to the spot. especially driving to it.

either is good with me. i do them both regularly.i walk all day at work. so i'm used to it kinda.

ok who' s going on sat?

i will be there.will have my inflatable boat to float rigs over or some can ride. one at a time. it is a small boat(raft) knee deep water. we can walk over and float trucks. well worth it i think. even take a deep to cool off. lots of people usually there as well.

drive down to the river. step out vehicle and walk about 1/8 mile(660 ft) and be there.
