| talked to someone in charge today well kinda. asked him about somemore spots with rocks instead of walking all the trails. told him that i was taking pics and filming vid of little trucks. he looked at me and said he already knew that. he happened to search for Raved Rock lasrt night online and stumbled across the vid of it from sat that i posted last night. he has no problem with it. going to talk to his supervisor and call me with more info. the creek that whitetrash filmed at last year is still blocked off in spots for construction making nicer and newer paths. he said that we could always go there whenever even now. limited parking area in parking lot. can park beside of gravel road for that it is only 100 more feet walk. will let everyone know more when i find out from him. kinda cool he knew who we were by stumbling across us. wow. anyone with a printer (i dont have one) can go to their website and print out a Special Activity Permit said we might have to have one for real large group.anyway website is

| Ive come accross that site several times in searching for NC run parks. There pages are never up to date and i noticed the UNC.EDU URL, meaning the domain is owned by a University and i think its run by the Sierra club...good luck getting permission to put rubber tires on a dirt path from them!!!! the only government run sites i could find were Nps.Gov http://www.nps.gov/state/nc/ and http://www.visitnc.com/tools_search_results.asp#top | |

| They like to hear things like. Family oriented club, clean (no littering, we leave it like we find it), quiet (our trucks are electric powered), and no envioroment impact ( in other words our trucks don't tear stuff up). Just some key words to keep in mind. Nice work. | |

| Tony, i think you just got appointed secretary of public relation! i think that means you have to wear a tie with your CRR Tshirt. by the way, didnt mean to sound like i was houndin on you earlier. just thought we should be formal, but like the head cheese' said, sounds like your doing a good job already. guess its better not to put any confusion in the situation by adding more people. And if they've seen the forum, i would hope they be able to figure out were seriouis about this and not just gonna go out there and tear a bunch of stuff up. I know from 1:1 experience, especially with me being younger, it was hard to get permission to use peoples land cause they thought i was just gonna go hot footing through their corn fields. Only the people who knew me trusted that i would stick to the trails and woods. Anyway..if you need help picking out a tie let me know!

I like the idea of a secretary. But not sure about Tony. I would rather she have big-ens and wear short skirts. Brains is not manditory. | |
