HILIFT LF WHEEL LOOSENS

LEFT FRONT WHEEL LOOSENS UP WHILE RUNNING TRUCK WITH 2.2 TIRES. BOTH AXLES ARE LOCKED, IS THE TRACTION JUST TO GOOD, WHAT DO YA'LL THINK?

Are you using nylon locknuts for wheel nuts? Sometimes the stub axle isn't long enough with some 2.2 wheels. So the nylon locknut isn't seated all the way to the nylon lock. And some times the nylon lock gets worn out from removal.
