| Hey all;
Losi has released the first 1.9 comp Crawler. I predict that Supers will be replaced by 2.2s and 2.2 will be replaced by 1.9s.
That being said, we might as well start a 1.9 comp Class.
I would love to run a series where 1.9s are limited to
- no dig - 2 wheel steering - 1.9 wheels - 10" wheelbase - 10" width
Anyone else share this view?

| I'm in, but the wheel base needs to be longer to fit the bodies that are out there. My Silveradr is 11 1/2" and I belive the Avalanche is the same wheel base. | |

| Heck, even the stock highlift body is longer than 10 inches. What about just saying that the body MUST be 1/10th (if your running a body and not a "buggy") and the tires must tuck at least 3/4? I think that would be alot more simple. If your running a cab and have a flatbed, then your tires must tuck 3/4 of the front. Wheelbase would be no more than what the regular wheelbase would be if you have a bed. otherwise, all your gonna be able to run is Nylint jeeps and blackfoot bodies. | |

| Hey there
I am not talking about a scale class. There are two new Comp 1.9s hitting the market, the CliffClimber and the Losi (not sure what the name is).
By your definition the two new trucks would be illegal for the class I am talking about.
There will also be two comp 1.9 codies out immediately, a Bronco and a faux exo tube looking thing.
Timmy if you have a Scaler, and you have time, we wil run something for them on Sunday. Probably one really long course (20ish gates). We will see what the terrain allows. (I really want to have water in the scale course)

| I have ballons I can bring to the comp.
I just read that the Losi truck will come RTR with electronics for under $250. And thats with a high torque Servo and an ESC with drag brake. And a Spektrum Radio and 1.9 beadlocks. That is way cool.

| Ahhhhhh, I see grasshopper! 1.9 comp! Ok, got the point. Now that's something I am going to have to look into. Sunday is no good for me. I fried my speedo on the scaler in Jan testing, and never touched it again. No way I could be ready. On top of that I start vacation Saturday and am leaving for Carolina Beach. Scrog work. They just don't know I start a week long vacation yet. Tip for ya guys, if ya get a chance to go to work for United Rentals, Run like hell the other way. | |
